Native Indian female, 22 years, 5 foot 4 inches (153 cm),
125 pounds (55 kg), long black hair, brown eyes.
Williams is a known drug user and sex trade worker in the
downtown east side area. Last seen in December 1996 and
reported missing in July 1997.
